Returns, refunds & cancellations

No order is placed or payment taken through this website. The terms below apply to physical goods purchased from YaZhi Technologies Inc. after a separately confirmed quote and order, unless a more favorable written term or applicable law controls.

Returns

Request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery by emailing hello@yazhiinc.com with the order reference and reason. Items must be unused, unworn and in their original condition with included accessories and packaging, except where the item is defective or not as described. We will provide return instructions and the correct return address; do not send goods to our correspondence address without authorization.

Return shipping and refunds

For a change-of-mind return, the customer pays return shipping unless the order confirmation says otherwise. If we supplied the wrong, damaged or materially misdescribed item, contact us promptly and we will arrange an appropriate remedy and cover reasonable return shipping where a return is required. After we receive and inspect an approved return, we issue any eligible refund to the original payment method within 10 business days; the payment provider may take additional time to post it. Original shipping charges are refunded when required by law or when the error is ours.

Cancellations and exchanges

Request cancellation before dispatch by email or phone. If the order has already shipped, the return process applies. Exchanges depend on confirmed availability; contact us before returning an item. Statutory rights remain available regardless of these terms.
