Shipping & delivery policy

This is an inquiry-based catalog. For confirmed orders shipping to the United States, European countries, the United Kingdom, Canada and Australia, estimated transit time is 7–14 calendar days after dispatch. Destinations that are smaller, remote or harder to serve may take longer. Before any order or payment, the written quote confirms the shipping origin, destination eligibility, carrier or method, cost, dispatch estimate and destination-specific delivery estimate.

Availability and processing

Displayed style quantities are planning targets and do not confirm ready-to-ship stock. We confirm the exact item, size, color and availability with you before accepting an order. Processing begins only after written order confirmation and payment arrangements. We do not promise a dispatch date until it appears in the order confirmation.

Destinations, costs and tracking

Shipping destinations, methods and rates vary by item and destination and will be shown in the written quote. The 7–14 day estimate is transit after dispatch, not a guaranteed arrival date; customs processing, carrier delays and remote addresses can extend it. You may decline the quote before placing an order. If a shipment is arranged, we provide carrier and tracking details when available. International orders may incur customs duties and taxes; responsibility for these charges will be stated before purchase.
